父のブルガリア転勤に伴い、イギリスの全寮制の高校へ。大学は帰国し、東京大学工学部建築学科を卒業。２９歳の時に３歳と１歳の子供を連れて夫婦でアメリカに留学しインテリアデザインを学ぶ。
その後日本に戻り、乃村工藝社、プラダ等で店舗開発を経て独立。
2008年に株式会社スペースデザインを設立、現在に至る。

When her father was transferred to Bulgaria, She went to boarding school in England.
Returning to Japan, she entered the University of Tokyo and graduated with a degree in architecture from the Faculty of Engineering.
When she was 29 years old, she went to the U.S. with her husband and 2 daughters to study interior design.
She then returned to Japan and worked in store development for Nomura Co. Ltd. and Prada Japan.
She then established Space Design Inc. in 2008.
